In the MSP Challenge this layer is editable and provides insight into the current identified licensed areas. Players can only view current plans, as this is not an editable layer.

The “ zandwingebieden_vergund” layer from Rijkswaterstaat, these areas are identified based on the Ontgrondingenwet (Excavation Act) and are located seaward of the continuous NAP -20 meter depth line.
The layer was translated and values of 'Kustlijnzorg+Commercieel' and 'Combi' where overwritten to 'Coastal Care + Commercial'.
