==Description== | |||
Cephalopod is a group of animals such as squid and octopus whose tentacles converge at the head; a group of mollusks which have a tubular siphon under the head and a group of muscular suckered arms around the mouth (fishbase, n.d.).
There are over 800 species of cephalopod. They can be found in all the oceans of Earth occupying most of the depth of the ocean, from the abyssal plains to the sea surface (wikipedia, n.d.)
